Ethos

  • Our stated claims ethos is based on delivering a fast turnaround service ensuring rapid decision making.
  • Our reports are concise, succinct and in each case provide an opinion and recommendation.
  • Claims which are defendable should be defended but where liability is not in despute we make every effort to settle cases early to save on costs and to prevent Plaintiffs from case building over time.
  • We have developed an excellent working relationship with leading defence experts including solicitors, legal counsel, doctors and litigation engineers. Not only does our relationship with these individuals benefit us in arranging and securing favourable outcome at negotiation but we also secure acceptable and value for money agreed fees when they are instructed on behalf of the defence team.
  • We utilise our experience with self-insured clients to successfully manage the subtleties of balancing the interest between the Client, Broker and Underwriter. This experience enables us to quickly recognise the relevant issues on liability and we believe in reflecting this concisely and simply in our reporting.
