Sproule Graham Partnership are liability adjusters. We do not claim expertise in any other area of insurance. We are justifiably proud of our experience and reputation in the handling of Employers Liability, Public Liability, Products Liability, Professional Indemnity and Motor Injury Claims. We provide our clients with prompt and thorough investigation ensuring personal input from some of the most experienced liability adjusters in the country.

Other clients carry significant policy experesses or are self-insured. They require more than the service described above. We have particular experience with what are termed 'self insured clients' and specifically the subtleties of balancing the interest of the client, Broker and Underwriter.

Service Standards

Our aim at Sproule Graham Partnership is to provide service to our Principals at an unparalleled standard. This is not just lip service. We insist that our work is produced to the highest quality utilising our specialist skills, knowledge, experience and judgement thus providing value for money. We go further. We do not ask to be judged on the way in which we deliver our service. We gladly enter into service standard agreements with many of our clients. Such agreements place upon us specific requirements in terms of turnaround and quality. We are proud that we adhere rigidly to the service standards required by our clients.

Communication

No matter how acceptable our work is, it is of little use if it is not communicated properly to our clients. We promise the following:

  • Instructions acknowledged within 24 hours Contact made with Insured/Client within 48 hours and confirmed to our Instructing Principle
  • All correspondance dealt with on a turnaround basis
  • Reports edited and submitted within the agreed time frame
  • We offer a choice to our Clients of either hard of soft copy reporting. Whichever mode of communication is preferred, we incorporte colour digital photography within the body of each report
  • On mandated claims handling we provide unsolicited updates to Broker, Insurer and Client (if agreed) regularly
  • Monthly reviews and meetings between adjusters take place to ensure pro-activity and conscientious file handling
  • We produce detailed claims Bordereaux from our specialised IT system for Clients as and when required. These Bordereaux detail movements on each file., the current position, description of accident and break down of reserves and payments made both by Insurer and Insured (where policy excesses apply). We also provide these Bordereaux as Claims Experiences for the insurance market prior to renewal and on the instruction of existing Insurers
